OCWIN supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, USDT, and BTC. The availability of specific methods may vary based on your account status and geographic location. OCWIN does not charge processing fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.
All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. OCWIN reserves the right to decline deposits made from third-party sources and to request documentary evidence of the source of funds where deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. OCWIN targets withdrawal processing within three (3) minutes for verified accounts transacting via DuitNow and FPX during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests involving bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being satisfied in full prior to processing.

All Account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. OCWIN does not apply hidden currency conversion charges on standard MYR transactions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Promotions") offered by OCWIN are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that Promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated at the time of the Promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Where bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. This limit will be stated in the specific Promotion terms and is typically in the range of MYR 25 to MYR 500 per round or wager. Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active constitutes misuse of the Promotion and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10%–20%; and certain game types may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable Promotion terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each Promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same Promotion multiple times — whether through the use of multiple accounts, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
OCWIN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. OCWIN reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects an error in the displayed odds, where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, or where the bet is placed in circumstances that OCWIN reasonably determines to constitute abuse or exploitation of the Platform.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), OCWIN reserves the right to cancel or void such bets and, where applicable, refund the stake to the User's Account. OCWIN's determination of what constitutes a palpable error shall be final.
All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) values are published by the respective game providers and are subject to statistical variance over any given session.
